Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, including posting regular updates, engaging with followers, and responding to inquiries
2. Create visually appealing content for social media platforms using tools like Canva and Pinterest
3. Design and develop creatives for internal and external communications, including recruitment ads, employee engagement initiatives, and training materials
4. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with the company's brand identity
6. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
7. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications
8. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
9. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions
10. Maintain training records and ensure all employees complete required training programs
11. Contribute to the development of training materials and resources
12. Assist in the development and monitoring of Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees
13. Support the performance management process by collecting and analyzing performance data
14. Prepare and maintain HR reports, including attrition rates, recruitment metrics, and training attendance
15. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
