1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (is a plus)
2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
3. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
5. Demonstrated ability to influence and coach managers and employees.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
