About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing HR guidance on various issues including organizational development, performance management, and talent development.
3. Drive talent acquisition efforts, define recruitment needs, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
4. Lead talent management processes including succession planning, career development, and performance reviews.
5. Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
7. Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management plans.
8. Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
9. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
10. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on key HR indicators.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (is a plus)

2. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.

3. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

5. Demonstrated ability to influence and coach managers and employees.

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
