About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed from day one
3. Maintain accurate records of employee information, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
4. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective support on HR-related matters
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and training sessions
6. Support the HR team in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance management
7. Assist in the planning and allocation of resources, including managing schedules, tracking project assignments, and ensuring optimal utilization of staff
8. Monitor and report on resource utilization, identifying any potential issues or areas for improvement
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that resource needs are met across the organization
10. Maintain HR databases and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
11. Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
12. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated and adhered to across the organization
13. Support the HR team in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs for employees
14. Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, resource management, or a related role
3. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a keen interest in resource management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR software or databases
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
