1. Maintain a database of budgeted positions, current status, and vacant positions, working to provide suitable manpower for these vacancies
2. Follow directions from the AM - HR and Admin regarding new positions, actively contribute to planning the recruitment cycle, and implement recruitment plans
3. Take full responsibility for recruiting positions such as Block Officers, Field Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, Office Assistants, Guest House Assistants, Tele Callers, and Help Desk Executives
4. Generate and issue offer letters and contract letters for selected candidates
5. Collect required documents from employees as per the standard checklist
6. Maintain and regularly update personal files for the positions mentioned at the district level
7. Track daily attendance of all staff in the provided Excel format or Spine Software as per organizational requirements
8. Monitor leave database, eligibility, leaves availed, and closing balances for the district, using Excel or Spine Software
9. Provide monthly attendance and leave information to the HR and Admin Manager for payroll input
10. Track probation reviews with timelines and formally communicate the outcomes through letters
11. Coordinate the annual/midyear appraisal process, verify forms, and share consolidated outcomes in the specified formats
12. Ensure timely contract renewals
13. Maintain HR files such as employee personal files and recruitment files
