Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

2. Employee relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

3. Performance management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, including setting goals and providing feedback.
- Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.

4. HR administration:
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

5. Compliance & reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

6. Employee engagement:
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
