This vacancy is for a proactive 'HR Executive' to join our team in Kolkata with relevant internship & job experience of at least one year. Prior experience in setting up a new team is desirable. The executive must have the ability to recruit for technology skill sets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on tech roles for our new digital and AI division.
2. HR operations: Manage employee onboarding, records, and HR policies.
3. Employee engagement: Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support engagement activities.
4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements.
5. Office & administrative support: Assist in office operations, office up-keep, and basic accounting tasks.
Who can apply:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong understanding of tech recruitment, time management, and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. Exposure to digital tools would be preferred as recruitment platforms like LinkedIn.
