We are looking for a dynamic 'Human Resources Executive' to join our team at Matchlog Solutions Private Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company
2. Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale
3. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
4. Coordinate and conduct training programs to develop employees' skills and knowledge
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
6. Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
7. Work on admin tasks and coordination with office supply vendors
