1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA - HR, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment in Real Estate will be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate evaluation and documentation.
Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
Immediate Joiners will be Preferred.
