About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supporting overall HR & recruitment activities.
2. Managing job posting sites, social media channels, LinkedIn, etc. for job applicants
3. Scheduling interviews of the relevant applicants.
4. Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of candidates
4. Assisting the CEO in developing KRA and performance management system in the company
5. Optimally using Zoho People Plus for HR activities
6. Employee engagement activities
7. Overseeing L&D (Learning & Development) initiatives
8. Proactively working on employee development and on employee retention goals

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. BMS/MBA candidates with a specialization in human resource management will be preferred.

3. Should have excellent communication skills (writing, speaking & presentation).

4. Should have completed at least 2 years in the current job in a Mumbai based IT / Tech company or a recruitment firm handling tech & non-tech recruitment.

5. Should have good exposure to generalist profile of responsibilities
