Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to clearly understand their hiring needs, including job specifics and desired qualifications.
2. Create and share job postings on relevant social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
3. Review and filter CVs to shortlist candidates who meet the client's criteria.
4. Coordinate and conduct interviews, working closely with the client's HR team to assess candidates.
5. Provide candidates with the necessary details and guidance to prepare them for each stage of the interview process.
