Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor regulations and laws
2. Manage the complete recruitment procedure, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and employment offers
3. Coordination of employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including orientation and training
4. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, attendance, leave, and evaluations of performance
5. Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and advise on HR-related issues
6. Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
7. Maintain office supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, and arrange travel
8. Prepare and disseminate internal communications, such as memoranda, emails, and announcements
9. Assist with the planning of corporate events, seminars, and conferences
10. Maintain and update the organization's filing system in order to ensure appropriate documentation and record-keeping
11. Handle the administration of small cash and expense reimbursements
12. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and directing them to the proper channels

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related discipline
2. Proven experience in an HR and administrative role similar to this one
3. Solid understanding of HR procedures, policies, and employment regulations
4. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail
6. MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are mastered
7. Knowledge of HR software and systems is advantageous
8. Capability to operate autonomously and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
