Job Location - Pune (Work From Office)

Qualifications And Skills:

1. Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and hiring top talent (Mandatory skill) & in handling employee exit.
2. Strong employee relations skills to foster a positive work environment and address any employee concerns (Mandatory skill).
3. Knowledge in performance management to assess and enhance employee performance effectively.
4. Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve workplace disputes professionally.
5. Knowledge of HRMS management to streamline HR operations through efficient use of HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
2. Compile recruitment data on a regular/daily basis
3. Work on conducting induction for new joiners.
4. Manage employee exit formalities
5. Manage employee relations, addressing issues and fostering a positive work culture.
6. Assist with performance management
7. Resolve conflicts within the organization through effective mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
8. Maintain and manage HRMS systems to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
