Human Resources (HR) Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles, from inside sales associates to leadership positions.
2. Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for non-tech roles.
3. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
4. Review resumes and conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates.
5. Leverage various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract passive candidates.
6. Prepare offer letters and manage employment contracts.
7. Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, including new employee orientation.
