Who can apply
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR service delivery or compliance.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Strong communication skills with a high level of learnability.
5. Have knowledge on Pan India applicability under S&E and Contract Labour Act. and deductions for professional tax, LWF.
6. Adherence and Identification of applicability of statutory rules & regulation based on the nature of business.
7. Have knowledge of preparation and submission of all returns under labour laws (employment exchange, shop & establishment act, payment of wages, and minimum wage act etc.).
8. Conduct monthly compliance audit at HO to ensure all statutory related registers 9. records are displayed and maintained.
10. Ensure 100% audit queries are resolved timely as per the statutory requirements.
11. Completes audit work reports by documenting audit tests and findings.
12. Recommends the management team on the current company’s compliance with laws and regulations through elaborated reports.
13. Ensures compliance with regulations and controls by examining and analysing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation and recommending opportunities to strengthen the internal control structure.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 /year
