1. Facilitate the process of setting departmental and individual goals derived from organizational goals; facilitate review of goal achievement and administer the process of rewards/promotions based on the same
2. Design/fine-tune HR policy/process and ensure its effective execution
3. Responsible for the yearly performance framework
4. Do grievance management
5. Be well-versed with the latest HR practices
Note: 2 to 3 years of minimum experience in leading & independently managing HR operations.
