As the HR Manager, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance. You will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent while nurturing a positive, growth-oriented work environment. This role is ideal for a driven HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup setting and is passionate about people and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and build a talent pipeline.
2. Employee engagement & retention: Implement engagement strategies, organize team-building activities, and drive retention initiatives.
3. Performance management: Oversee goal-setting, feedback, and performance reviews, while supporting employee development.
4. Policy development & compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, and update HR policies as needed.
5. Compensation & benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and employee compensation, ensuring market competitiveness.
6. Employee development: Identify skill gaps, create training programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
7. HR metrics & reporting: Monitor key HR metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
