We seek an 'HR Recruiter' to liaise between candidates and clients, facilitating job placements at no cost to job seekers. This role involves working independently, managing communications, and coordinating between clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client needs analysis: Assess and understand the hiring needs of clients.
2. Social media engagement: Advertise client job openings on social media platforms.
3. Resume evaluation: Review and shortlist candidate resumes.
4. Conducting interviews: Interview candidates and coordinate with company HR representatives.
5. Candidate preparation: Provide candidates with comprehensive details about the interview process, job stability, and role expectations.
6. Achievement of targets: Demonstrate a successful track record of placing 7 to 8 candidates.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
2. Work schedule: Full-time office role, 6 days a week with Sunday off.

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
