We're looking for an efficient and organized HR Administrator with at least one year of HR experience to join our team. In this role, you'll handle essential HR functions, ensure smooth operations in our HRMS and payroll processes, and assist in maintaining an engaging workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain, update, and manage the HRMS system to ensure accurate data for all employees.
2. Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary distribution, deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations.
3. Facilitate new employee onboarding, handle documentation, and ensure a seamless transition for offboarding employees.
4. Keep all personnel records up-to-date, secure, and compliant with company policies and data protection laws.
5. Track employee attendance, manage leave records, and ensure adherence to the leave policy.
6. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to foster a positive and productive work environment.
7. Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing support and guidance as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements related to payroll, benefits, and employee records.
9. Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for management, including workforce data, leave analysis, and payroll summaries.
