Human Resources (HR) Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expertise in human resources and MS Office to streamline and optimize the HR operations/recruitment/performance management at IITM Pravartak
2. Play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and implementing efficient data retrieval processes
3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, procedures, and practices to align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements
4. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by effectively utilizing HRIS tools to track applications, conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records
5. Conduct regular audits and analysis of HR data, generate reports, and interpret trends to provide valuable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning
6. Act as a liaison between the HR department and employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and other HR-related matters
7. Continuously stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and legal regulations related to HRIS and ensure compliance in all HR processes and systems
