Human Resources (HR) Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
2. Run employee training and development programs.
3. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
5. Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
6. Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
7. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
8. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
9. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
