Key responsibilities:

1. Strategy development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurable goals for influencer campaigns.

2. Influencer identification & outreach:
- Research and identify potential influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and manage communication throughout campaign lifecycles.

3. Campaign management:
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that meets campaign objectives and aligns with brand guidelines.

4. Content creation & collaboration:
- Work with influencers to ensure content quality and adherence to campaign briefs.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to influencers to enhance content effectiveness.

5. Performance tracking & analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and provide actionable insights for optimization.

6. Budget management:
- Manage influencer marketing budgets, including negotiation of rates and tracking of expenses.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

7. Market research & trend analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and social media developments.
- Adapt strategies based on market changes and competitor activities.
