Information Technology Engineer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
2. Guide clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they solve a technical issue.
3. Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting skills is required.
2. Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems is necessary.
3. Understanding of network functioning and troubleshooting concepts is important.
4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot security issues is essential.
5. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software, such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk, is needed.
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required.
7. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both in written and verbal forms, is necessary.
