1. Manage and configure network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
2. Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
3. Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
4. Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
5. Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure system reliability and security.
6. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment, including tracking serial numbers and warranties.
7. Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in IT administration and support.
2. Strong knowledge of operating system, hardware equipment and server administration.
3. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Minimum education and experience required bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, or related field.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms.
