Inside Sales Executive Job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound leads, engage potential customers, and convert them into subscribers of our health plans. This role is critical to driving our growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat
2. Engage with potential customers to understand their health needs and concerns
3. Present and explain Trait Health s products and subscription plans
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
5. Follow up on leads promptly to maximize conversion rates
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
8. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
4. Ability to understand and explain technical health information clearly
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
7. Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
