Inside Sales Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify potential customers in the K12 education sector across India, the Middle East, the US, and the UK
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound leads
3. Conduct product presentations and online demos to prospective customers
4. Understand the unique needs of each customer segment (academics and competitive examinations) and offer tailored solutions
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into enrolments
6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
8. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands
10. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine offerings and marketing strategies
11. Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align sales strategies
12. Collaborate with academic advisors and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of enrolled students
