1. Managing inbound leads from websites, campaigns, referrals, marketplaces, etc.
2. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs and introducing our products or services, and qualifying the leads.
3. Interfacing professionally via telephone and digital communication tools (email/WhatsApp).
4. Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our product offerings, pricing structures, and unique selling points.
5. Creating and maintaining customer data using designated tools.
6. Preparing techno-commercial proposals for customers.
7. Building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
8. Leveraging marketing programs to convert leads and support sales achievements.
9. Constantly striving to improve selling skills, products, industry, and competitive market knowledge.
10. Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development to continuously improve sales skills and product/industry knowledge.
11. Collaborating with internal teams like customer support, finance, supply chain, and marketing to support assigned customers.
12. Performing other sales-related tasks as required or assigned.
