This role is responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. This entry-level role focuses on outreach, identifying potential customers, and building the sales pipeline. The incumbent plays a key role in driving business growth by contacting prospects, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings for field sales representatives to explore opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Getting in touch with the prospective clients and have a detailed conversation to figure out their travel requirements.
2. Being the first point of contact to enhance the B2B sales efforts.
3. Making calls to 100 leads per day (this is a 100% calling role).
4. Doing rigorous follow-up calls to the prospective leads (expected lead generation rate of 15%).
5. The incumbent would be expected to do atleast 100 connected calls everyday to generate qualified leads for the field sales team.
