1. Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints
2. Develop creative and innovative design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals
3. Manage a design team of 3-5 to ensure delivery of optimal quality GFC drawings, 3D renders, mood boards, and presentations are produced on time
4. Manage client design meetings, material selections, and making good quality technical drawings
5. Help in research of materials and modules detailing a new smart furniture product line of the firm
6. Create detailed space plans and layouts to optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces
7. Choose appropriate materials, finishes, and colors that complement the design concept and meet client specifications
8. Stay updated on industry trends and innovative materials.
9. Utilize design software (Pytha, Auto CAD, 3DMax, etc.) to create 3D models and renderings for client presentations
10. Provide visual representations to help clients visualize the final design
11. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project team members to ensure design feasibility and seamless project execution
12. Attend project meetings and contribute to design discussions
13. Develop detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and material schedules
14. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all design-related documentation
15. Work within project budgets and provide cost-effective design solutions
16. Source materials and furnishings that align with budgetary constraints
17. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure that the design is being implemented as planned
18. Address any design-related issues during construction
