We are excited to announce an opportunity for US IT & Engineering Recruiters to join our team at Marvel Infotech Inc., with positions available at our Hyderabad office. This role operates in the EST shift and provides a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and engineering roles for US-based clients.
2. Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to get right talent at the right time.
3. Identify and engage candidates on W2, FTE, and C2C employment models.
4. Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates for open positions and track their progress through the hiring process.
5. Use various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases, to find top talent.
6. Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
7. Should have good vendor database as well as hands-on experience in vendor management.
8. Provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
9. Collaborate with account managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the job requirements and client expectations.

Key Qualifications:

1. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously.
2. Bachelor's degree in management/engineering will be helpful
