IT Training Counsellor Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client assessment and counseling - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, skills, and goals. Provide personalized advice and guidance on training and business development opportunities.
2. Training program recommendation - Recommend appropriate training programs, workshops, and courses based on clients' needs. Keep up-to-date with available training programs and resources.
3. Client support and follow-up - Support clients throughout their development journey, providing ongoing guidance and motivation. Monitor clients' progress and adjust development plans as necessary. Conduct follow-up sessions to ensure clients are meeting their goals and gaining value from the training.
4. Resource development and management - Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of training resources and providers. Create and distribute informational materials and resources to clients.
5. Relationship building - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, training providers, and other stakeholders. Network with industry professionals to stay informed about new opportunities and resources.
6. Administrative tasks - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress. Prepare reports on client outcomes and program effectiveness. Ensure all counseling activities comply with company policies and standards.
