Junior Business Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders (clients, product managers, developers, etc.) to gather and define business requirements
2. Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system specifications
3. Convert high-level business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
4. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure clarity and understanding of requirements
5. Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate solutions to stakeholders
6. Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals
7. Assist in designing scalable and efficient systems, defining the scope and boundaries of projects
8. Review system designs and specifications to ensure quality and consistency
9. Develop test plans, use cases, and scripts to validate that the delivered solution meets business needs
10. Support the QA team during the testing phase by reviewing test cases, troubleshooting, and ensuring that the system meets the documented requirements
11. Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, wireframes, and system documentation
12. Assist in project management activities, such as developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
13. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved
14. Lead initiatives to improve business processes and technology solutions by identifying areas for improvement
15. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, providing recommendations for their implementation
16. Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts, assisting in their development and growth
17. Lead cross-functional teams on complex IT projects to ensure successful outcomes
