Junior Copywriter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand Indian brands/markets, current advertising trends, and consumer behavior to offer solutions with the creative team
2. Deliver tangible results to clients/brands through creative strategy and impactful copy
3. Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to projects
4. Discuss core messages and target audiences with clients
5. Brainstorm visual and copy ideas with the creative team
6. Write concise, attention-grabbing copy with excellent English language skills, editing, and proofreading abilities

Requirements:

1. Think creatively and implement ideas effectively
2. Collaborate closely with the Art team on various projects
3. Deliver work within short deadlines
4. Have a strong understanding of digital media and the ability to craft campaign ideas for platforms like Facebook and Twitter
5. Lead and manage some members of the copy team
