We are currently seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B sales and building relationships with clients. If you have a strong sales pitch, lead generation skills, and proficiency in English, Kannada(for Karnataka Location), and Marathi (for Pune Location), then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
2. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Heavy equipment Parts of Excavators and Backhoe Loaders (Rockbreakers and Toothpoints etc.) and services. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
5. Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
6. Prepare and present accurate and competitive quotations and proposals to potential clients.
7. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve company sales goals.
8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast reports.
9. Work closely with the Purchase and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
