Junior Field Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Telecom/Security sector
2. Actively prospect and acquire new customers by presenting our Telecom/Security solutions and services
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
4. Collaborate with the technical team to understand product offerings thoroughly and effectively communicate their benefits to clients
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company goals and objectives
6. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Telecom/Security sector
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues
9. Willingness to travel to meet with clients and prospects

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Technical background or understanding of Telecom/Security solutions is preferred
4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
5. Highly motivated with a drive for success and achieving sales targets
6. Willingness to travel
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
8. Experience of a minimum 1-2 years
