Junior Mechanical Engineer Job

a. Supervision
1. Monitor the installation and commissioning of car parking elevators according to engineering drawings and specifications.
2. Supervise and maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any on-site incidents or issues.
3. Assist in resource management such as scheduling of personnel, material delivery schedule, or other technical difficulties.
4. Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify installation requirements and potential challenges.

b. Inspection & Quality Assurance
1. Conduct regular installation inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
2. Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials to ensure they meet project requirements and company standards.

c. Management
1. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
2. Coordinate with COO & workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

d. Reports
1. Maintain accurate documentation of Workers and Materials on the site.
2. Prepare and maintain a comprehensive report of the allocated resources (including material, work duration, workmanship quality, on-site safety, Problems that occurred and their solutions, etc.) from the start to the end of the project.

e. Traveling Requirements
1. The majority (More than 90%) of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, travel to western India's major cities to manage the site as and when required.
