As a Junior Recruitment Executive at Fincruit Consulting Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our clients. Your strong knowledge of recruitment, coupled with your excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written), will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and clients. Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office will also be crucial in managing recruitment data and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
2. Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and facilitate communication throughout the recruitment process.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our recruitment database.
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates.
6. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
