Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Content creation & social media management:
1. Create and curate engaging content: Collaborate with tattoo artists to showcase their work, tattooing processes, and behind-the-scenes moments.
2. Manage social media platforms: Oversee all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
3. Content calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
4. Community engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive relationship with followers and potential clients.

B. Strategy & innovation:
1. Marketing strategy: Ideate and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and attract potential clients, using analytics to measure success.
2. Branding & vision alignment: Ensure that all content and communications align with the InkRage brand ethos, culture, and artistic vision.
3. R&D and innovation: Research and implement the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies to keep InkRage at the forefront of the tattooing space.

C. Collaboration with artists & team:
1. Learn the culture: Immerse yourself in InkRage's unique culture and tattoo styles by engaging closely with artists.
2. Workshops & events: Assist with organizing workshops, collaborations, and events that promote the studio and its artists.
3. Client interaction: Collaborate with artists and clients to generate content around client journeys, from initial tattoo consultations to the final tattoo reveal.

D. Reporting & analytics:
1. Track performance: Analyze engagement metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
2. KPIs: Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, post engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates.
