Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Associate to join our team. As a Social Media Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to our brand
4. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with our marketing objectives
6. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
8. Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets
9. Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve our social media presence and strategies

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
8. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
