Junior Social Media Marketing Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a content calendar for our social media channels (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
2. Craft compelling short form, long-form content that resonates with our target audience
3. Research and identify trending topics and industry news relevant to upskilling
4. Create a variety of content formats, including text posts, images, infographics, and videos
5. Manage and schedule social media posts using relevant scheduling tools
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages
6. Monitor social media analytics and report on the performance of our content
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute broader marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2. 1+ years of experience in social media marketing
3. Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content
4. Proven ability to develop and execute a social media content strategy
5. Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
6. Excellent understanding of current social media trends and best practices
7. Passion for upskilling and professional development
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
