Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a strategic social media plan and calendar for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
2. Track relevant KPIs for each platform to ensure necessary experimentation and growth.
3. Create engaging and informative content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform's audience.
4. Manage and monitor social media accounts, fostering community engagement and responding to inquiries.
5. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
6. Develop compelling content for various channels, including:
a. Social media posts
b. E-commerce listings (Amazon, Flipkart etc.)
c. In-app videos
d. Brochures and manuals
e. Blog posts
f. Email marketing campaigns
6. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and intent.
