We have so far built our business on solid content and have taken the organic route, with the mobile app. We are now looking to scale up and for that, we need social media managers who can take things through PIN to Piano from conceptualizing content & campaigns for engaging users, driving the execution to the 'T' in terms of posting managing the action of social media, ensuring the lead pipeline is maintained at the same time boosting the followers and members
Key responsibilities:
1. Employ all the contemporary tools & techniques on FB and Instagram (we are also looking at others like LinkedIn. YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter). What we are looking for is mastery and specialization in at least 2 or 3 channels rather than just superfluous general understanding.
2. Be a storyteller capable of designing weekly and monthly calendars. We need you to be a warrior in execution to ensure quality in the final messaging on social media (image, video, caption, text, etc.).
3. Build and manage a small team to execute every plan and take full ONUS of the results.
4. Report to the founding partner and CEO and lay the ground for the next leg of expansion.
5. Be a part of an executive-level cadre in social media and content strategy.
