About the job

We are looking for recruiters who have 02 to 05 years of successful experience in permanent recruitment in a recruitment company only. We will be keen to engage with only those recruiters who have decided to grow in a recruitment company. Those people who have worked with ambitious targets and have a high degree of boolean search skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

1. As a delivery manager he/she is supposed to achieve his/her team targets.
2. Ensuring high quality of hire for each mandate allocated to him/her.
3. Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
4. Accumulate and share in-depth knowledge, insights, and relationships to the practice/ industries allocated to him/her.
5. As a relationship manager, he/she will be responsible for mandate closures and the satisfaction of clients.
6. Ensure high-quality farming of positions from all allocated clients.
7. Ensuring High Process Quality for all the business processes including operating software like ATS and CRM.
