1. Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support

8. Analyse recruitment metrics and data to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies and processes
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
10. Uphold company values and promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
