Video Editor and Videographer

Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, direct & edit video content ensuring high-quality visuals, lighting, and audio.
Type of Deliverables: Product photoshoot (includes conceptualization & execution), product features & launch video, event coverage, testimonial videos, short content/reels/gif for social media, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and content teams, to align video content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Equipment Management: Maintain and operate all video production equipments
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables within given deadlines.
Quality Control: Ensure videos meet the quality & consistency adhering to the organization's brand guidelines.
Stay Up-to-Date: Keep update of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in videography and video editing, and implement innovative ideas and approaches to enhance video production processes.
File Management: Organize and maintain video files and assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived for future use.


Requirements :
Minimum of three years of experience as a Videographer and Editor.
Proficiency in operating professional shoot & video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.
Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in videography and video editing techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
