Key responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key hospital clients, ensuring continuous engagement and client retention.
2. Account Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
3. Client Success Management: Ensuring the successful onboarding and integration of the SaaS platform with hospital systems, acting as the bridge between the technical and client teams.
4. Feedback Loop: Collecting and relaying client feedback to the internal product team to improve the software's functionality and ensure it meets hospital needs.
5. Reporting and Analytics: Providing regular updates and insights to management on client accounts, including performance metrics and client satisfaction levels.
6. Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing client concerns, and troubleshooting issues with the assistance of technical teams to ensure a high level of service.
7. Contract Renewals: Managing contract renewals and negotiating terms to foster long-term partnerships.

Other requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related fields.

2. 0-1 year of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments.

3. Proven experience in managing key accounts, with a track record of growing client relationships and driving revenue.

4. Strong communication skills with a professional and prompt personality.

5. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
