We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate (B2B) to join our team specializing in lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewelry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamonds and jewelry, providing expert advice and information on product features and benefits.
2. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.
3. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
4. Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and jewelry is an asset.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
