We are looking for a 'Lead Qualification Analyst' to join our team at Supreme Forex. The primary responsibility of this role is to qualify leads generated through digital channels, connecting them to the appropriate branches, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role involves approximately 60% of calling, focusing on validating customer needs rather than cold calling. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records using our CRM and G Suite products and will play a key role in supporting our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualify and validate leads from various digital sources.
2. Connect customers with the appropriate branch based on their currency requirements.
3. Maintain and update accurate data in the CRM system.
4. Follow up with leads to ensure smooth conversions.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide timely updates and insights.
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
Qualifications:
1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
2. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
3. Familiarity with CRM and G Suite products.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
