Qualifications:
1. A degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field (postgraduate or undergraduate).
Experience:
1. Preferably 1-3 years of experience in communications, with 1-2 years focused on developing and implementing communication strategies, ideally in the health or direct-to-consumer sectors.
2. Proven track record in content creation across multiple channels, including digital and audiovisual.
3. Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
Skills and competencies:
1. Exceptional command of English and Hindi, with strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Creative ability to produce engaging social media content and multimedia materials.
3. Strong storytelling skills, adept at identifying and sharing impactful narratives.
4. Innovative mindset with the capacity to collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality content.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization effectively to diverse audiences.
6. Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that drive lead generation and conversion, leveraging analytics to refine approaches and achieve targets.
