1. Work on market research and analysis:
i. Conduct research to understand the target market, including customer demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
ii. Analyze competitor products, positioning, and market trends to identify opportunities and gaps.
2. Work on product positioning and messaging:
i. Define the unique selling points (USPs) of the product and create a compelling positioning statement.
ii. Develop messaging that resonates with target customers, ensuring the product's value proposition is clear and appealing.
3. Go to market and create B2B relationships:
i. Identify new businesses and redefine old business relationships while doing fieldwork to establish long-term B2B relations.
4. Handle campaign planning and execution:
i. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.) to generate brand awareness and product demand.
ii. Develop content, such as posts, videos, and ads, that support the campaign and align with product messaging.
6. Work on customer engagement and feedback:
i. Implement strategies to build relationships with customers, such as community engagement, social media interaction, and user groups.
ii. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
7. Work on performance analysis and optimization:
i. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs such as customer acquisition, engagement rates, and ROI.
ii. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, adjusting tactics and budget allocation to maximize impact.
iii. Report results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
8. Handle brand management:
i. Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's tone, voice, and identity.
ii. Protect and enhance the brand's reputation through consistent messaging, quality content, and customer-focused initiatives.
Salary during probation: ₹120,000 - 300,000 /month (only for freshers)
